MEG will be holding its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) in a virtual-only format (conducted via live audio webcast). We believe that conducting a virtual only Meeting is in the best interests of our stakeholders. By improving access, a virtual only Meeting enables more shareholders to participate in the Meeting regardless of their geographic location.
For additional information on attending the virtual-only Meeting, please refer to the management information circular related to the Meeting.
MEG has elected to use notice and access for the delivery of the 2024 Meeting materials to both our registered and beneficial shareholders. Adopting notice and access to deliver the Meeting materials is more environmentally friendly and reduces costs for printing, paper, and mailing. Shareholders with questions about notice and access can call toll‐free within North America at 1.844.916.0609 (English) or 1.844.973.0593 (French), or, if dialing from outside North America, at 1.303.562.9305 (English) or 1.303.562.9306 (French).
